About Web Design: Alun Ward
Alun Ward is the founder and Managing Director of Eye Division.
“I set up the company in 2001 to offer a web design service with a keen eye for design. Alongside a strong design ethic, I believe sites should be clear and easy to navigate, and also easy to maintain. To this end we offer web sites which are easy to update after their first release, alongside strong visuals which get your message across. Nothing beats a strong image, except for focused and up to date copy.”
2000-2001
Founder and Partner of Seapink.
1997 - 2000
From 1997 to 2000 I worked for OXLink, an internet design company. I was responsible for designing, developing and maintaining two major portal sites, oxfordcity.co.uk and banburytown.co.uk, as well as over 80 individual company web sites.
1994 - 1997
In 1995 I designed and built the Oxford Centre for Hebrew and Jewish Studies (OCHJS) web site whilst working there as Communications Officer. OCHJS is an academic institute affiliated to the University of Oxford for the study of Judaism. I set up the web site and maintained it, with responsibility for all developments.
